Born in Southern Oklahoma and raised in East Texas, Kenny’s music is a reflection of the world he grew up in. Texas Blues, Red Dirt Country, and Americana blend together in a passion-filled performance that can’t be ignored. The guitar influences of folks like Stevie Ray Vaughan and Monte Montgomery shine through while songwriting heavily influenced by the well-versed history of the Texas Singer-Songwriter create a sound that is both familiar and new, one in the same.
Kenny has had the opportunity to open for a slew of amazing acts including Flatland Cavalry, William Clark Green, Jaime Wyatt, and Them Coulee Boys. Playing everywhere from ‘Tractor Tavern’ in Seattle, to ‘Terminal West’ in Atlanta, and the ‘Gramercy Theatre’ in New York City.
